In this episode, Ryan sits down with iNTO THE FRAY contributing writer, Jane Palomera Moore, to discuss their recent trip to Hawaii. The Hawaiian islands hold much mystery and lore, and Jane, being a native of Oahu, speaks about some of the well known legends such as Pele the Volcano Goddess, The Night Marchers, The Faceless Woman, and even the Ghosts of Pearl Harbor. Hawaiian legends abound.
Jane Palomera Moore is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, where she studied Sociology, with a focus on Genocide & Race/Ethnicity. Jane’s lifelong love for the lesser-told stories has taken her overseas with the Danish Red Cross, the Japanese education system, and to translation work. She currently works with New York Public Radio, and is the editor of Ryan Sprague’s upcoming book, Somewhere in the Skies: A Human Approach to an Alien Phenomenon.
